Used 20ft Open Side Container

A standard container only opens at one end, which means anything stored at the back has to come out past everything in front of it. This unit opens along the whole 20 ft side as well as at the end, and that removes the problem entirely.

A forklift can place and retrieve pallets anywhere along the length rather than shuttling them down the interior. Long items — pipe, timber, racking sections — load sideways instead of being threaded in. And the unit can be worked from a narrow yard where there is simply no room to approach the end doors with a truck.

Because the end doors are retained, you keep conventional through-loading whenever you want it. Supplied wind and watertight, CSC plated to 24 tonnes gross, on a 28 mm marine plywood floor.
