Shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate based on container size, type, and delivery distance. Delivery timelines typically range from 7 to 14 business days for standard containers, with longer timelines for customized or international shipments. Customers are responsible for preparing the delivery site with appropriate space, surface conditions, and necessary permits where required.

Return

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for standard containers and within 45 days for modified containers, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, customers must contact support with order details and photos, and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. A restocking fee of 10% to 20% may apply to non-defective returns. Exchanges for defective or incorrect items are available upon verification.

Refund

We offer a 30-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for standard containers and up to 45 days for modified containers. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within a few business days after verification. Refunds generally exclude shipping costs, taxes, and additional service fees unless the issue is due to our error. Customers must report defective or incorrect orders within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for full coverage.
