Warranty Policy
1. Watertight Warranty
All standard shipping containers are covered by a 12-month watertight warranty from the date of delivery. If your container develops a leak under normal use during this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
2. Structural Warranty
Steel structural components (corner castings, main beams, floor cross-members) carry a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
3. Modified Containers
Custom-modified containers carry a 12-month warranty on modifications including doors, windows, electrical fittings, and plumbing installed by our team.
4. Exclusions
- Surface rust or cosmetic deterioration from weather exposure
- Damage from improper site preparation or handling after delivery
- Acts of God, flooding, earthquakes, or extreme weather events
- Modifications performed by third parties after delivery
- Normal wear and tear
- Containers graded “As-Is” at time of sale

6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective item. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
